GHP

Sustainable AI Infrastructure
at unmatched speed.

We develop data centers that produce compute, energy, and are water-positive — partnering with governments, hyperscalers, and investors to build and own the infrastructure of the AI era.

Off-Grid Zero utility dependency
Water-Positive No external connection. Ever.

01  —  The Problem

AI infrastructure demand has outrun the conventional model.

Global demand for AI compute is accelerating. In the US, communities are pushing back against new builds. In the Gulf, extreme heat and water scarcity make the conventional design unworkable. The governments and hyperscalers who solve this first will own the next decade of AI infrastructure.

02  —  The Solution

A different kind of data center — from the power source up.

GHP's design solves the sustainability crisis at its root. Instead of patching conventional infrastructure, we replace it entirely — starting with how the facility generates power, manages heat, and handles water.

Electrochemical
Power Generation
Natural gas or hydrogen converts directly to electricity through an electrochemical reaction. No combustion. No turbine. No grid connection.
Modular Compute
Infrastructure
Each module is factory-built and tested before arriving on site. Liquid-cooled, so it operates regardless of ambient temperature. Capacity scales by adding modules — no redesign required.
Water From
the Reaction
The electrochemical reaction produces fresh water as a direct byproduct of power generation. No municipal connection. No desalination. No aquifer draw. Every GHP facility is water-independent from Day 1.

One facility.
Three commercial outputs.

Most data centers produce one thing — compute. A GHP facility produces three, each with its own revenue stream, from day one of operation.

01
Compute
Hyperscale AI compute deployable in markets where conventional infrastructure is blocked — off-grid, modular, and fully owned by the partner.
02
Energy
A self-powered facility with no grid dependency — surplus energy available to adjacent users from day one of operation.
03
Water
Industrial-grade fresh water produced as a direct output of power generation — a revenue stream no conventional data center carries.

Any scale.
Any market.
Under 18 months.

Where conventional hyperscale builds take 3–6 years and billions in committed capital before a server goes live, GHP deploys in under 18 months from financial close. Start at any size. Expand without redesign. No ceiling on scale. No market, climate, or geography is off-limits.
